REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy for Destiny Developers CCM At Destiny Developers CCM, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services to help you achieve your goals. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Cancellation by Client:
If you need to cancel your consulting services, you must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start date of the service to be eligible for a refund of unused services.
Non-Delivery of Service:
If we are unable to deliver the service as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Late Cancellation:
Requests for cancellation made less than 3 days or 72 hrs before the scheduled start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Completed Services:
Services that have been fully rendered and completed are not eligible for a refund.
Client Non-Participation:
If the client fails to participate or provide the necessary information and resources required for the service, no refund will be issued.
REFUND PROCESS
Request Submission:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@destinydevelopersccm.com. Please include your name, contact information, and the reason for the refund request.
Review and Decision:
Upon receipt of your request, we will review the details and make a decision within 10 business days. You will be notified of our decision via email.
Refund Issuance:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and issued within 14 business days of the approval notification. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
