Marteshia Durham is a mother, leadership consultant, coach and entrepreneur. She is the one the CEO in partnership of Destiny Developers, a consultant company that brings people from potential to purpose. ‘Where Progress meets purpose.” In addition to this, she is the founder of Live Chosen Ministries, a non-profit organization that helps people understand their value and identity. A graduate of Messiah College, Marteshia majored in Sociology, Human Development and minored in Family Studies. She has a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. (DEI)

As a successful entrepreneur, Ashanta owns multiple businesses and holds state licenses in various fields, including insurance. Her professional qualifications showcase her diverse expertise and extensive experience. Ashanta is also a self-published author, further demonstrating her commitment to sharing knowledge and empowering others.

Ashanta holds certifications in HIPAA and privacy training, anti-money laundering (AML), and a plethora of other areas.
